上午11:00,双方在香港亚洲国际博览馆C04展区举行"绿色交能领域资产数字化合作"签约仪式,正式发布软硬一体的交能领域RWA技术解决方案。该方案融合区块链技术与智能硬件,为绿色交通与能源领域实体资产数字化按下“快捷键”,开启香港金融与科技绿色协同新篇章。
绿色交通与能源行业沉淀了丰富的实体资产,面临资金投入大、营收资金回笼时效长且分散等问题。随着区块链技术的成熟和广泛应用,利用智能硬件产品和区块链技术,RWA业务参与方不仅可以更好地追踪车辆/充电桩等分布式资产的生产和运营数据,提升运营效率、实现精细化管理,从长远角度发挥RWA数字化资产特点进行融资,更好地解决交通和能源领域融资不便、回报周期长等核心难题。

HAYLION and WeBank Technology Services Jointly Launch RWA Technology Solution for Transportation-Energy Sector at Hong Kong Auto Expo
Hong Kong, June 12, 2025 — At the opening of the "2025 International Automotive & Supply Chain Expo (Hong Kong)", HAYLION showcased three strategic business units—low-altitude economy, eMaaS solutions, and RWA technology solutions—at Booth C04. The GeC Green Intelligence project, developed in collaboration with WeBank Technology Services, became a focal point of the exhibition, drawing large crowds to the booth.
At 11:00 a.m., the two companies held a signing ceremony for their "Green Transportation-Energy Asset Digitization Cooperation" at Booth C04 in the Asia World-Expo, officially launching an innovative RWA (Real World Assets) solution for the transportation and energy sectors. The initiative integrates blockchain with smart hardware, creating an efficient digitization pathway for tangible assets in green transportation and energy, while establishing technological-financial synergy in Hong Kong.
The green transportation and energy sectors holds vast pools of high-quality distributed tangible assets, yet face challenges such as substantial upfront costs, extended revenue cycles, and difficulties in verifying authentic operational data.
With the maturation of the blockchain technology and the widespread adoption of IoT (Internet of Things) devices, RWA participants can now better track production and operational data of distributed physical assets like vehicles and charging infrastructure. This enhances operational efficiency, enables granular management, and leverages the characteristics of RWA tokenization for financing, ultimately addressing core industry challenges like funding shortages and slow capital turnover.
As the core operational data provider and RWA operator, HAYLION utilizes its self-developed GEC series smart hardware (including Smart Transportation-Energy Cube, Smart Charging Cube, and Green Energy Cube) to accurately collect key operational data such as vehicle performance, charging services, and green energy generation. These solutions support innovative financial applications like RWA for Hong Kong's new energy taxi operations and charging network development. WeBank Technology Services, as the blockchain technology provider, leverages the financial grade blockchain platform FISCO BCOS to immutably record the data collected by the smart hardware in real-time, ensuring its authenticity, integrity, and tamper-resistance. It then performs compliance-compliant desensitization and secure output of the on-chain data to meet subsequent asset tokenization requirements.
Mr. Xu Yang, General Manager of HAYLION's RWA Project, stated that this collaboration will help address core challenges in the transportation and energy sectors, such as financing difficulties and long payback periods.
